ICICT 2027 – The 12th International Conference on Information Communication and Technology for Intelligent Systems ("ICICT 2027") is an international academic conference dedicated to advancing research, innovation, and collaboration in information communication technologies, intelligent systems, artificial intelligence, data science, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and related interdisciplinary fields.

ICICT 2027 serves as a global platform for researchers, academicians, scientists, industry professionals, policymakers, practitioners, and students to present original research, exchange ideas, establish collaborations, and promote scientific advancement through peer-reviewed scholarly engagement.

ICICT 2027 is organized under the GR Conferences brand portfolio of GRS Global.

The conference name "ICICT 2027" is used solely as the official identity of this academic event and does not constitute a separate legal entity, corporation, association, trust, partnership, or independent organization.

ICICT 2027 is organized and managed by GR Conferences, the international conference division of GRS Global.

GR Conferences is responsible for the academic planning, conference administration, scientific coordination, delegate management, sponsorship administration, publication coordination, event operations, and associated conference services.

GR Conferences is a business division and brand portfolio of G R Scholastic LLP and does not possess separate legal personality or independent contracting authority.

All legal, contractual, financial, operational, administrative, and regulatory matters relating to ICICT 2027 are undertaken exclusively by G R Scholastic LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership duly incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (India).

G R Scholastic LLP is the sole legal owner and operator of:

• GR Conferences;
• the ICICT conference series;
• the ICICT brand and conference identity;
• the conference website;
• conference publications;
• conference intellectual property; and
• all official conference operations.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by an authorized representative of G R Scholastic LLP, every legal relationship established through ICICT 2027 shall be deemed to be entered into exclusively with G R Scholastic LLP.

The following are used solely for academic, scientific, and event identification purposes:

• Conference branding
• Scientific programme
• Organizing Committee

These references do not establish or imply the existence of an independent legal entity.

Conference Chairs, General Chairs, Programme Chairs, Technical Programme Committee Members, Advisory Board Members, Editorial Board Members, Session Chairs, Reviewers, Volunteers, and Conference Secretariat personnel are appointed solely to perform academic, scientific, advisory, administrative, or operational functions relating to ICICT 2027.

Except where expressly authorized in writing by G R Scholastic LLP, no individual serving in these capacities has authority to:

• execute contracts;
• incur financial obligations;
• modify conference policies;
• approve refunds;
• grant legal rights;
• enter into agreements; or
• legally bind G R Scholastic LLP.

ICICT 2027 may collaborate with universities, research institutions, publishers, professional societies, industry organizations, government agencies, sponsors, technical partners, media partners, and international organizations.

Such collaborations are intended solely to support the academic, scientific, technical, educational, or promotional objectives of the conference.

Unless expressly provided in a written agreement, no collaborating organization shall be regarded as:

• a co-owner of the conference;
• a legal organizer;
• a contracting entity;
• a joint venture partner; or
• financially responsible for the conference.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all legal and commercial relationships relating to ICICT 2027—including but not limited to:

• paper submissions;
• abstract submissions;
• conference registrations;
• publication agreements;
• speaker invitations;
• sponsorship agreements;
• exhibition bookings;
• delegate participation;
• committee appointments;
• reviewer appointments;
• invoices;
• quotations;
• purchase orders;
• payments;
• refunds;
• certificates; and
• all other conference-related services,

are entered into exclusively with G R Scholastic LLP.

The conference title, acronym, logo, website, branding, conference proceedings, abstracts, presentations, publications, promotional materials, digital assets, certificates, conference management systems, databases, graphics, and other intellectual property associated with ICICT 2027 are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully administered by G R Scholastic LLP, unless otherwise expressly stated.

No participant acquires any ownership rights in such intellectual property except as expressly granted under applicable law or written agreement.

ICICT 2027, together with all registrations, submissions, publications, sponsorships, commercial arrangements, and conference-related services, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to any conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to ICICT 2027, its website, conference participation, publications, sponsorships, registrations, payments, intellectual property, or contractual relationships shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Each participant, author, delegate, sponsor, exhibitor, institution, reviewer, committee member, speaker, service provider, and collaborating organization irrevocably submits to such exclusive jurisdiction.

The conference name ICICT 2027, its acronym, website, organizing committees, advisory boards, publication partners, technical collaborators, sponsors, venue information, and institutional affiliations are presented solely to identify and support the academic activities of the conference.

Nothing contained on the conference website, publications, promotional materials, certificates, proceedings, or communications shall be interpreted as creating an independent legal entity or contractual relationship with any party other than G R Scholastic LLP, unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

G R Scholastic LLP reserves the right, at its sole discretion and where reasonably necessary, to modify the conference programme, venue, dates, format (physical, virtual, or hybrid), publication arrangements, speakers, committees, registration policies, sponsorship opportunities, or any other aspect of ICICT 2027.

G R Scholastic LLP further reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, merge, suspend, or discontinue the conference due to operational requirements, legal or regulatory obligations, force majeure events, public health concerns, security considerations, insufficient participation, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such actions shall not affect the legal identity of G R Scholastic LLP as the sole owner, organizer, and contracting entity for ICICT 2027.

The official venue for ICICT 2027 shall be as published on the official conference website (www.icict.co.uk) and in the official conference communications issued by the Organizer.

For the purpose of conference identification, the venue shall be described by its venue name, city, state/province (where applicable), and country (for example: America Square Conference Centre, London, England, United Kingdom). Such reference is made solely to identify the physical location at which the conference is intended to be conducted.

The designation of a conference venue, city, or country shall not be construed as:

• establishing any legal entity or place of business of the Organizer in that jurisdiction;
• creating a branch office, subsidiary, or permanent establishment of G R Scholastic LLP;
• conferring any ownership, management, sponsorship, endorsement, or operational responsibility upon the venue owner, venue operator, host institution, or local authority; or
• creating any contractual relationship between conference participants and the venue provider beyond the normal use of the venue facilities.

The venue owner, host institution, hotel, convention centre, university, or any local partner providing facilities shall not be responsible for the conference programme, scientific content, publications, registrations, sponsorships, financial transactions, refunds, certificates, or any other operational or contractual matters relating to ICICT 2027.

All legal, contractual, financial, administrative, regulatory, and operational responsibilities relating to the conference remain exclusively vested in G R Scholastic LLP, acting through its GR Conferences brand.

G R Scholastic LLP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the conference venue, venue facility, city, country, conference dates, or conference format (physical, virtual, or hybrid) where reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, legal or regulatory obligations, force majeure events, public health considerations, security concerns, travel restrictions, venue availability, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Any such modification shall not affect the validity of registrations, accepted papers, publication arrangements, sponsorship agreements, or other contractual obligations unless otherwise communicated by the Organizer through official conference channels.
