These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the submission, registration, participation,
attendance, sponsorship, exhibition, publication, and all other services relating to ICICT
2027 – The 12th International Conference on Information Communication and Technology
for Intelligent Systems ("ICICT 2027" or the "Conference").
ICICT 2027 is organized under the GR Conferences brand portfolio of GRS Global and is
exclusively owned, managed, administered, and operated by G R Scholastic LLP, a Limited
Liability Partnership duly incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008
(India).
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between G R Scholastic LLP
("Organizer", "we", "us", or "our") and every individual or legal entity that submits a paper,
registers for the Conference, participates in any Conference activity, purchases Conference
services, sponsors or exhibits at the Conference, serves on any committee, or otherwise
engages with the Conference ("Participant", "Author", "Delegate", "Speaker", "Reviewer",
"Sponsor", "Exhibitor", "Institution", "you", or "your").
By submitting a paper, completing a registration, making a payment, participating in the
Conference, accessing the Conference website, or using any Conference-related service, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms
& Conditions together with all other policies published by the Organizer, including but not
limited to the Legal Information, Privacy Policy, Registration Policy, Refund Policy,
Publication Policy, Code of Conduct, and any additional policies or guidelines issued by the
Organizer from time to time.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you must not submit any paper,
complete a registration, make any payment, or participate in any Conference activity.
These Terms apply to every Conference organized under the GR Conferences portfolio
unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by G R Scholastic LLP.
No terms, conditions, purchase orders, institutional policies, or other documents issued by a
Participant shall modify or supersede these Terms unless expressly accepted in writing by an
authorized representative of G R Scholastic LLP.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend, revise, update, or replace these Terms &
Conditions from time to time where reasonably necessary for legal, operational, regulatory,
academic, or administrative purposes. Any revised Terms shall become effective upon
publication on the official Conference website unless otherwise specified. Continued
participation in the Conference after such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised
Terms.
G R Scholastic LLP is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, professional, respectful, and
welcoming environment for all participants attending or engaging with ICICT 2027, whether
in person, virtually, or through any Conference-related platform or activity.
Every participant, including but not limited to authors, delegates, speakers, session chairs,
reviewers, committee members, volunteers, exhibitors, sponsors, service providers, venue
personnel, media representatives, guests, and Organizer representatives, is expected to
conduct themselves in a professional, courteous, ethical, and respectful manner at all times.
All participants shall treat others with dignity, fairness, respect, and consideration,
irrespective of differences in academic opinion, professional background, nationality,
culture, language, or personal characteristics. Participants are expected to contribute to an
environment that promotes collaboration, scientific integrity, and constructive academic
dialogue.
Registration, submission of a paper, sponsorship, exhibition, committee appointment,
attendance, or participation in any Conference activity constitutes acceptance of and
agreement to comply with the Conference Code of Conduct and these Terms & Conditions.
The Organizer recognizes that participants may capture photographs, videos, or audio recordings using personal mobile phones, cameras, or other recording devices during the Conference, where permitted.
The Organizer does not control, monitor, or assume responsibility for images, recordings, or other multimedia content independently created, published, or shared by participants, media representatives, or other third parties.
Accordingly, G R Scholastic LLP disclaims responsibility, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for the capture, publication, dissemination, or use of a participant's image, voice, likeness, or personal information by other attendees or third parties during or after the Conference.
Participants are expected to respect the privacy, intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, and recording restrictions applicable to Conference sessions and fellow participants. The Organizer reserves the right to prohibit or restrict photography or recording during specific sessions where confidentiality, copyright, publisher requirements, or speaker preferences so require.
Participants requiring an entry visa are solely responsible for complying with the
immigration, visa, customs, and travel requirements applicable to the country in which the
Conference is conducted.
Participants are strongly encouraged to begin the visa application process sufficiently in
advance and to consult the appropriate embassy, high commission, or consulate regarding
applicable visa requirements and processing times.
Upon written request and subject to verification of registration, payment, and compliance
with Conference requirements, the Organizer may issue an official Conference Invitation
Letter solely for the purpose of supporting a participant's visa application.
The issuance of an Invitation Letter does not constitute a guarantee that a visa will be
granted, nor does it create any obligation or representation by the Organizer regarding the
outcome of any immigration or visa application.
Invitation Letters shall be issued only to participants who have:
- Completed the official registration process;
- Paid the applicable registration fees in full;
- Provided the information reasonably required by the Organizer; and
- Complied with the applicable Conference policies.
Invitation Letters are issued exclusively for the registered participant and shall not be
issued for accompanying family members, guests, companions, or unregistered individuals.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for visa refusals, processing delays, travel
restrictions, immigration decisions, or any costs, losses, or damages arising from a
participant's inability to obtain the required travel documentation.
Unless expressly provided under the applicable Refund Policy, visa refusal, delayed visa
processing, or any immigration-related issue shall not entitle a participant to a refund,
compensation, or reimbursement of Conference fees or any associated expenses.
a. Participant Eligibility
Registration for ICICT 2027 is intended for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or
older at the time of registration.
By registering for the Conference, participants represent and warrant that they satisfy the
applicable eligibility requirements and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding
agreement with the Organizer.
Where participation by a minor is exceptionally permitted through a specific written
approval issued by the Organizer, such participation shall be subject to the prior written
consent of the participant's parent or legal guardian and any additional conditions imposed
by the Organizer.
b. Limitation of Liability
Participants attend and participate in the Conference voluntarily and at their own
discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, G R Scholastic LLP, its partners,
employees, officers, committee members, volunteers, representatives, contractors, service
providers, and affiliated organizations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages, or for any loss, damage, expense,
delay, inconvenience, personal injury, illness, disability, property loss, theft, travel
disruption, accommodation costs, business interruption, loss of profits, loss of data,
reputational loss, or other claims arising before, during, or after the Conference.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal
injury caused directly by the proven negligence of the Organizer or for any liability that
cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings, travel arrangements,
accommodation, insurance, health requirements, and compliance with applicable laws
throughout their participation in the Conference.
The views, opinions, conclusions, recommendations, research findings, and presentations
expressed by speakers, authors, panelists, moderators, session chairs, exhibitors, sponsors,
or other participants are solely those of the respective individuals and do not necessarily
reflect the views, policies, opinions, endorsements, or positions of G R Scholastic LLP, GR
Conferences, GRS Global, publication partners, technical collaborators, sponsors, host
institutions, or the Conference Organizing Committee.
The Organizer does not endorse, verify, warrant, or assume responsibility for the accuracy,
completeness, reliability, legality, or usefulness of any information, advice, opinions,
demonstrations, or recommendations presented during the Conference.
Participants remain solely responsible for evaluating and relying upon any information or
advice received during Conference activities.
ICICT 2027 is organized and managed by G R Scholastic LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership
incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (India), acting through its GR
Conferences brand. The registered office and contact details of the Organizer are available
on the official Conference website and in the Privacy Policy.
The Conference is intended to be held at America Square Conference Centre, 17 Crosswall,
London EC3N 2LB, England, United Kingdom, or at such other venue as may be officially
announced by the Organizer. Participants attending the Conference in person shall comply
with all applicable venue rules, health and safety requirements, security procedures, and
the applicable laws and regulations of the United Kingdom while present at the Conference
venue.
The designation of the Conference venue is solely for the purpose of identifying the physical
location of the Conference and shall not be construed as establishing a branch office,
subsidiary, permanent establishment, place of business, or commercial presence of G R
Scholastic LLP or GR Conferences in the United Kingdom. The venue owner and operator act
solely as providers of conference facilities and are not responsible for the organization,
administration, publications, registrations, financial transactions, or any other Conference-
related activities. The use of the venue does not imply any sponsorship, endorsement,
approval, or affiliation by the venue owner or operator.
ICICT 2027 is an international academic conference conducted solely to facilitate scholarly
communication, research dissemination, professional networking, and the exchange of
scientific knowledge. All registrations, paper submissions, publication services, digital
services, financial transactions, contractual obligations, and Conference administration are
provided and administered exclusively by G R Scholastic LLP from India.
These Terms & Conditions, together with all Conference-related legal, contractual, financial,
and administrative matters, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any
dispute arising out of or in connection with ICICT 2027 shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Conference venue, city, country, dates,
publication arrangements, or Conference format (physical, virtual, or hybrid) where
reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, legal or regulatory obligations, force
majeure events, public health considerations, security concerns, travel restrictions, venue
availability, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any such changes shall
not affect the validity of registrations, accepted papers, contractual obligations, or the
applicability of these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise expressly communicated by the
Organizer.
